Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an outstanding experience working with Coty Pool Company for the replacement of our in-ground pool liner. We were the original builders of our pool and got nearly 21 years out of our liner so this was our first replacement and when Coty came out for their estimate on site, it was Seth, the owner and his wife Yvonne who came to see the project- that impressed me. After spending just a little bit of time with them, I could tell they were honest and reputable people, and that proved itself throughout the entire process, including the day of installation. Yvonne was all over the communication and prompt to respond to questions and provide updates along the way. Additionally, Mason and Tim were great to work with on the day of the installation and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend working with Coty Pool Company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Incredibly helpful. This is our first year in a new house and the first time owning a pool (Old Saybrook). Coty has been key to getting us started with our pool. (well beyond "normal"/paid services).

We have worked with five different employees of Coty. Each one has been great to work/talk with. I guess they just have a good culture at the company. Anyway, I am a big fan

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service at every stage of the process for our inground pool liner replacement. They were courteous and consistent in their communication and clear with regards to costs and warranty information. They were amenable to work within our budget and didn't try to upsell us. Excellent.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Starting planning last year. Yvonne in office coordinates everything and the work was completed as scheduled and the new liner is beautiful and the stairs that were repaired are great .Everyone was kind. Each person did their work well and clean up was great . I was kept informed of everything
