I had a leak. Justin sent me a comprehensive list of things I could do to identify the leak and talked me through it. This communicated professionalism and due diligence to make sure if I could solve the problem independently, I should. He was awesome to work with, went the extra mile to educate me on my pool, help me think through decisions, and I always felt he was working for my best interests, not for my money. Additionally, it made me feel they were on my team and sincerely wanted what was best for me. Ultimately, I exhausted all the testing and needed to get a new liner and test the pipes. They offered competitive pricing and were very reasonable to work when drafting the contract. In terms of Job completion timeline, they were able to turn the job around a day before a big event I had and we were able to salvage the rest of our summer with a new pool. They coordinated water delivery. Tim, Ed, and Mason were excellent installers, and took extra time to explain to me some details about my pool, how they installed, warning signs if something goes wrong, what to look out for, how to activate my liner warranty. Seth Coty did the complex measuring which made for a perfect fit. I was skeptical that this was a one-day job as promised, but to my amazement, they were able to pump 20,000 gallons of water out of the pool into reservoir bladders, remove the old liner, freshen up the base, perfectly install the new liner, return the water back to the pool and clean up in just over 7 hours. I’m still in awe! It was a pleasure watching these guys work. You can tell that they’ve done this many times. And it’s obvious that they enjoy working together. When making a large purchase such as a new pool liner, it seems prudent to get it done right.
